Education

Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
While there is no mandatory education requirement for the CEC program, You can enhance your chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) Permanent Residency by achieving a higher level of education. This can be done in two ways:
Canadian Education: You can earn points for a Canadian secondary or post-secondary education credential, such as a diploma, degree, or certificate.
Foreign Education: With a foreign education you can increase your chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) Permanent Residency if you have:
A completed educational credential.
An Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report verifying equivalence to a Canadian secondary or post-secondary credential.
Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
Under the FSWP, education is a key requirement. Whether the education was completed in Canada or abroad, You must provide evidence of credentials through:
A Canadian secondary or post-secondary diploma, degree, or certificate.
An ECA report proving that their foreign education is equivalent to a completed Canadian credential.

Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
While education is not a requirement for the FSTP, You can still improve your chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) Permanent Residency by obtaining a higher level of education. This can be demonstrated through:
Canadian Education: Proof of secondary or post-secondary education obtained in Canada.
Foreign Education: A completed credential accompanied by an ECA report showing its equivalency to Canadian standards.
Improving your educational profile can significantly enhance your chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) Permanent Residency.
